Payment Options
We accept payment via World Pay, which part of the second largest bank in Europe. This is an easy & secure way to pay by using any major credit or debit card: MasterCard, Visa, Diners, American Express, JCB, Switch, Laser & Electron. Invoices can be supplied for customers who have a pre-arranged account with The Big Print Company. Accounts can be arranged by contacting Nicola at our head office at 35 Tib Street, Manchester, M4 1LX, by email via nicola@thebigprintcompany.co.uk or by calling 0161 819 2888.
Content
If we believe that any of the images sent to us for production as an artwork contain illegal content or any content that infringes intellectual property rights, or content that violates the law then we will refuse to reproduce it & in extreme cases The Big Print Company will inform the respectable authorities. The Big Print Company cannot accept responsibility for copyright violation on images submitted for reproduction. We ask customers to seek copyright permissions for the work they tender. The Big Print Company retains the right to refuse to reproduce an image if we understand the content submitted to be illegal.

Please note that while every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions on this site, there are times when there may be slight colour variances between the setting on your own monitor & the true colour digital printing processes utilised.
Customer Responsibilities
The Big Print Company is not responsible for incorrect orders due to improper customer instruction. If the error is on the part of The Big Print Company, we will re-do the job or offer a refund (less postage & packing). The Big Print Company professionally packages all orders and is not liable for damage to artworks while being shipped.
Liability
The Big Print Company is not liable to our clients or any third party for any indirect loss or damage or for any indirect loss of data, profit, revenue or business time however caused.

If you’re looking for delivery we can arrange this for during business hours the day following the production of your order.
We securely wrap all items & our deliveries are guaranteed & require a signature to confirm that all goods have been received in perfect condition.
Once your order has been produced & is ready to be despatched we will contact you to ensure that we have the correct delivery address & your preferred choice of delivery day.
The £8.99 delivery charge quoted on this site is for a next-day delivery of up to 10kg anywhere in mainland UK (exceptions apply). If your items need to go further afield, please click here & we’ll happily quote you for your delivery.
